Expired number recovery

Forgot to top-up your account on time and your number expired? Don`t worry - TriMob prepaid subscribers can initiate the "Number Recovery" service even if the number was disconnected due to its lifetime expiration.

 

We would also remind the general terms for subscriber number validity:

  •  for subscribers of all prepaid tariff plans, except Annual (a year-lasting) - 12 months from the date of the last top-up;
  •  for subscribers of Annual Tariff Plans - 15 months from the date of the last top-up.

 

The service is available to registered subscribers or subject to registration during the number renewal (additional information will be required and should be provided by the customer).
