Ukrtelecom and TriMob are welcome the court's decision not to process the claim of the Prosecutor General to NCCIR about the abolition of 3G license

December 26, 2014, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv its decision by court ruling stopped the claim to the Prosecutor General's Office to the National Commission for Communications Regulation and Information on cancellation of licenses for radio frequencies issued by LLC "TriMob." Its decision the court argued that the lawsuit was filed in violation of the statutory term treatment with an administrative court, besides the plaintiff has not provided the court compelling reasons of missing this deadline.

PJSC "Ukrtelecom" and LLC "TriMob" consider that this decision of the court are rightfully and pleased that the court took into account their arguments. Thus, on the market did’t take place a dangerous precedent for the confiscation of licence from the operator who acted perfectly legitimate, under the current legislation
